Given the long-term and capital-intensive nature of such projects, disputes are often complex and multi-layered. Our lawyers have been involved in construction and infrastructure disputes arising out of EPC contracts, concession agreements, joint venture arrangements, and supply contracts, both in litigation and arbitration.
